Listed below are treatments I have tried for each chronic illness which I share to help my fellow warriors.

Migraine/Chronic Daily Headache Pharmacological & Complementary Treatments Tried
Preventative Medications:

Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatments Tried

  1. are you serious? your only treatments listed are drugs? no wonder you can't find relief. How about trying whole foods, decent amount of exercise or walking, prayer / meditation, forgiving those who've hurt you if that's an issue and getting enough vitamin D through at least 15m of direct sunlight.

  2. Hi! If you will look below each diagnosis, you will see a list of alternative/complementary treatments I have listed that you apparently did not see. I do all the things you listed and more. :)

    As someone who has been chronically ill for some time, embracing alternative/complementary treatments is a must. Trigger-point acupuncture was the only thing that helped my Fibromyalgia flares and I was so thankful for that!
