Project Migraine Hope-Rising Up

Project Migraine Hope has officially lifted off and even has its own Facebook page. We are working on an official logo and will share that with you as soon as it is ready.

Check out the videos that have been posted to get ideas on what to include in your post! Please be yourself. This is not a professional thing so do not think your post needs to be perfect or even close to it! We are just a group of people sharing with each other. We want you to be who you are and be real. If you have any questions or concerns, make sure to email us at projectmigrainehope AT gmail DOT com

The community needs to hear your story of how Migraines have affected your life and how you get through times of darkness and find hope.

Don't forget to "Like" the Facebook page!

  1. I promise I haven't forgotten. I still plan to do a video, I'm kind of at a loss how to do it. I did just find out my new computer has a web cam built that should make it easier. But still, I need to learn the technical side of it...just how to do it.

also I've been at a loss as to what to say.
I will try to listen to yours, but you know my hearing isn't the best.

I was thinking, I'd show me in the throws of a migraine, in my dark room with blinders or my sunglasses on.... Then show the face I try to put forward every day. I also thought I'd show my headache scale...with my photos, and explain how my migraines effect me....but I want to give the hope part....I'm just not sure...not sure about most of what I've said...but going to give it my best shot.

    you are inspiring!
    love to you

    1. I didn't know how to use my webcam either. I kind of played around with it until I figured out how to use it. Just make sure when you save the file that you remember exactly where you save it so that when you upload it to YouTube, you will be able to find it.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to CC the most recent ones. I'll work on it when I have a chance. For some reason YouTube deosn't make it very easy.

Whatever you decide to do will be great, I'm sure! Being yourself is the most important thing.

I'm really impressed and excited that you are planning on participating, Wendy.

      Love to you!
